Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hangtags remain intact.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5 business days.
